What to do if you're having problems with SlingPlayer Mobile for Pocket PC

SlingPlayer Mobile for Pocket PC needs at least 10 MB of free program memory to run properly. The application may unexpectedly quit or behave erratically if you have less than 10 MB of memory available. Windows Mobile 6 will automatically stop applications if the available memory is low.

To solve this problem, you need to free up some memory on your phone. Some ways that you can do this are:

  • Close any running applications that are not currently being used.
  • Remove applications that are unwanted or unused.
  • Delete your Internet Explorer cache files.
  • Delete large files that you’ve backed up on to a storage card or your computer.

To see how much memory is available on your phone:

  1. Tap Start
  2. Select Settings
  3. Tap the System tab
  4. Tap Memory

Select the Running Programs tab to view and manage your running applications.

If you are backing up your large files to a storage card, select the Storage Card tab to see how much space is available on your card.
