Some of the buttons on my SlingRemote don't work or do the wrong thing

SlingPlayer features SlingRemote, an onscreen "virtual remote" that gives you control over the TV source that is connected to your Slingbox. During Slingbox configuration, you're prompted to select the remote control IR (infrared) code for the A/V device(s) that are plugged in to the Slingbox.

If some of the buttons on that SlingRemote work, but others do not, please let us know by filling out this quick survey.
