I added a Slingbox to my SlingAccount, but I don't see it in SlingCatcher


If you get a new Slingbox and register it with your Sling Account after the initial setup of your SlingCatcher, the new Slingbox will not show up in your list of available Slingboxes in the SlingCatcher interface until the SlingCatcher is restarted.

If you are in this situation, the first thing you should check is if your SlingCatcher is actually logged in with your Sling Account. You can do this by selecting the Sling Account option from the Settings menu. If you aren't logged in, go ahead and log in to your Sling Account and your new Slingbox will show up in the SlingPlayer menu.

If you are logged in, you can either log out and back in again or restart the SlingCatcher.

To restart the SlingCatcher all you need to do is tap the Reset button on the back. DO NOT HOLD DOWN RESET BUTTON OR YOU WILL FORCE SLINGCATCHER TO GO BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS. This restarts the Slingbox and during this restart process, your SlingCatcher will check with your Sling Account and download the locator information for any new Slingboxes that have been added.
