SlingCatcher freezes after streaming video from a Slingbox for a long, long time

We are aware of an issue witht he SlingCatcher where - after watching video from your Slingbox for a very, very long time - the SlingCatcher might freeze up. You will be able to tell because the screen will look like you hit pause on the video, there will be no sound, and the SlingCatcher will be unresponsive to the remote.

You will need to restart your SlingCatcher in order to recover from this situation.

To restart the SlingCatcher all you need to do is tap the Reset button on the back.

DO NOT HOLD DOWN RESET BUTTON OR YOU WILL FORCE SLINGCATCHER TO GO BACK TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS.
