SlingProjector stops working properly if you change your display settings on your computer while SlingProjector is running. This means changing the resolution of your screen or adding a second display or even docking your portable so that the display changes to a desktop display.
If you do this, the image projected to your TV will go black.
To get your system back up and projecting, follow these steps:
- Click on the projector taskbar icon
- Select Shutdown
- Click the Shutdown in the warning dialog that pops up
- Close your web browser and any audio or video applications you have running
- Open up the SlingProjector program again
- Open up your web browser and media players again
Once done, you should be right as rain.
