My SlingCatcher won't stream at speeds above 200-300 Kbps. It's also slow to respond to remote control commands. What can I do about this?

Problem: Your SlingCatcher shows these symptoms: The streaming quality is low. SlingCatcher is slow to respond to remote control commands. Bit rates do not reach above the 200-300 Kbps range. This may be caused by a conflict with some network software such as "Network Magic" or "Linksys EasyLink Advisor" (LELA). Solution: Upgrade to the new release of SlingCatcher Software (firmware). Here's how to check your SlingCatcher's bit rate: Press OPT on the remote while streaming from a Slingbox or SlingProjector. The bit rate appears in the lower right part of the TV screen. If this is the problem, the bit rate won't exceed 200-300 Kbps.
