SlingCatcher's remote is incorect in SlingPlayer. Is there anything I can do?

Problem: So, you've already connected your SlingCatcher to your Slingbox and you're ready to get going. You go thorugh the Setup Assistant but the onscreen remote for SlingCatcher doesn't look anything like the real remote control. What's wrong?

Normally, after you’ve completed the Setup Assistant, you can see and use the remote control for your A/V device onscreen. When you specify a SlingCatcher, however, you may see a generic onscreen remote that doesn’t look like the real remote. The buttons on the onscreen remote don't correspond to the buttons on the real remote. This problem may occur in both the PC and the Mac versions of SlingPlayer.

Solution: Redownload the SlingPlayer software. Once it's installed, the correct remote control will appear.
