If Web-based SlingPlayer doesn't show you a picture, even after you've successfully installed the SlingPlayer web plug-in and have connected to your Slingbox, the problem may be that you need to turn on the cable box, satellite box, or DVR that you have connected to your Slingbox.
You can do this two ways:
- Clicking the Power button on our web-page (if you don't see it, click the blue text in the upper-right corner that says No picture?)
- Using the power button in the remote control screen (if you don't see it, click Show Remote).
