Occasionally, you might see frozen video on your Your BlackBerry smartphone for 10-15 seconds, and then possibly a blank screen for another 10-15 seconds. This may occur after sending an IR function (such as sending a remote control command) to your Slingbox. The device often recovers by itself.
If your BlackBerry smartphone doesn't recover by itself, disconnect from your Slingbox in SlingPlayer Mobile, and then reconnect. |
