Video moves slowly while using the trackball

If you're using SlingPlayer Mobile for BlackBerry, and you see video problems when you use the trackball with one of the control Ribbons, here's a possible explanation.

Depending on the BlackBerry model you have, you may see video that appears to slow down or even stop if you scroll the trackball on a Control Ribbon. You may also find that audio and video go out of sync while this is happening, and possibly for an instant afterward.

This happens more often with BlackbBerry smartphones that have relatively low processing power. The more powerful BlackBerry devices don't tend to do this. It doesn't matter whether you're streaming using a mobile connection, or a Wi-Fi connection.

Note: This issue is unrelated to connection speed.

There's no solution right now, but it's a temporary situation, as the picture and sound should snap back to normal as soon as you're done using the trackball, or an instant later.
