If you're watching your TV using SlingPlayer Mobile for BlackBerry, and (depending on the programming and broadcast format) the picture:
- looks vertically stretched
- appears squeezed in from the sides, leaving a thick black bar
- seems to have the wrong aspect ratio
- looks generally distorted or disproportional
...you probably need to put SlingPlayer Mobile for BlackBerry into either Letterbox or Pillarbox mode.
Here's how:
- Press the BlackBerry Menu button and choose Letterbox or Pillarbox,
OR
- From the Main Ribbon, press Change Display Mode. From the ribbon that appears, select Letterbox or Pillarbox.
