The main screen is the first screen you see when you launch SlingPlayer for iPhone.
It's also the screen you see when you're watching your TV and you click the Disconnect button.
The main screen settings are located here because they can't be changed unless SlingPlayer for iPhone is disconnected from your Slingbox.
Use this screen when you want to:
- Change Settings.
- Connect to a Slingbox (Usually, this is the last Slingbox that you were connected to).
- See the Slingbox Directory and choose the one that you want to watch.
- Get Help.
There are four buttons on the ribbon for this screen.

Settings.
Tap Settings and you see:
- The email address that you use for your Sling Account shows at the top of the screen.
- Enable DISH Remote Access (For DISH users). Turns this feature on or off.
- Launch Preference. You can choose what you want SlingPlayer Mobile to do when you launch it.
- Home Channel. You can choose a channel that SlingPlayer Mobile will always start up with.
- Enable Channel Up / Down Gesture. Turning this on will let you vertically swipe the screen to change the channels up and down. If you're prone to accidentally swiping the screen, it might be a good idea to turn this off.
- Enable Favorite Left / Right Gesture. Turning this on will let you horizontally swipe the screen to move between your Favorites. Again, if you're prone to accidentally swiping the screen, it might be a good idea to turn this off.
- Stereo (Wi-Fi Only). With this on, stereo will be on all the time.
- High Quality Audio (Wi-Fi Only). With this on, high quality will be on all the time.
- Play Right Audio Channel. If you want to turn off the right audio channel, do it here.
- Play Left Audio Channel. If you want to turn off the left audio channel, do it here.
- Auto-send 'Select' (DISH users). Turns this feature on or off.
- Privacy Policy. You also have access to our Privacy Policy, and you can opt-out of sending anonymous information about usage to Sling Media. We use this information only to better shape our products. We do not associate any of your personally identifiable information with this usage information.

- DISH Remote Access Version. You can see the version of DISH Remote Access here.

Connect.
By tapping Connect, you can connect to the last Slingbox that you viewed. |

Directory.
Tap this and your Slingbox Directory opens. To log in to your Slingbox, just tap the image of the Slingbox. If you have several Slingboxes, swipe the screen to scroll down to see them all.
Note that you can't add, delete, or change any Slingboxes from within SlingPlayer for iPhone. These changes must be done on your computer on the Sling Accounts web page:
