• If you purchased a SlingPlayer Mobile Registration Key from the Sling Media store, then you can transfer Keys to and from devices supported by the Sling Media store. That's one flavor.
  
  
• If you purchased SlingPlayer Mobile software from the iTunes App store, then you can transfer it to and from devices supported by the iTunes App store. That's the other flavor.
  
  
• You can't exchange or transfer Keys or registrations from the Sling Media Store to the iTunes App Store or from the App Store to the Sling Media Store.
  

What does this mean?

You can't move a SlingPlayer Mobile registration from a Windows Mobile/Palm/Symbian/BlackBerry device to the iPhone/iPod touch or the other way around.

Sling Media Store You can transfer Keys to and from any device supported by the Sling Media Store.

 

iTunes App Store You can transfer software to and from any device supported by the iTunes App Store.

For Keys purchased from the Sling Media store:

Your SlingPlayer Mobile Registration Key is only good on one device at a time but you can transfer your original registration Key and email address combination to your new device, as long as SlingPlayer Mobile is available for that device in the Sling Media store. When you register your new device using your old Key, we'll automatically unregister your old device. We'll also send you an email verifying this change.

Lost your old Key?
Don't remember what your old Registration Key was? It was included in your original email receipt for your SlingPlayer Mobile purchase. If you can't find that email, see the related article for information on how to find it.
