| Want to change some information in your Sling Account? Here's all you need to do.
Yes, you can change your contact information, your email address and your marketing preferences in just a few quick steps.
No matter what you want to change, it's simple.
Changing your contact information in your Sling Account:
To change your name, address or phone number:
- Log into your Sling Account. Use the Sling Accounts link on the right side of this page.
- Click on Your information. Look for this right below your name.
- In the Your information window, you can edit or change your name and address and phone number.
- Click Save and you’re set!
Changing the email address for your Sling Account:
To change your email:
- Log into your Sling Account, using the Sling Accounts Profile link on the right side of this page.
- On the left side of the window, click Email Address.
- Enter the new email address and your current password.
- Click Save.
- For your security, we'll send a verification email to the new address.
- Follow the instructions in the verification email.
Changing your Marketing preferences:
You can control whether or not you receive information about updates and offers from Sling Media and our partners.
- Log into your Sling Account. Use the Sling Accounts link on the right side of this page.
- Click on Profile Info. Look for this on the left side of the page.
- In the window that opens, you can change your options.
- Click Save.
