Does SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone support my Slingbox? I have a Slingbox Classic, Slingbox AV, or Slingbox TUNER.


SlingPlayer for iPhone may have problems working with the Slingbox Classic, Slingbox AV, or the Slingbox TUNER.

These Slingbox models will still appear in the Slingbox Directory on  your iPhone or iPod touch. However, you will receive the following message if you try to connect to one of those Slingbox models:

You may have technical problems if you try to stream from one of these Slingbox models.

The Settings button in SlingPlayer Mobile is the one that looks like gears. Tap it to change basic viewing settings.
What's in your Device Directory?
The Device Directory shows the Slingboxes and DISH receivers that you can connect to. Once you're logged in to SlingPlayer Mobile, you can access your Slingbox or DISH receiver from it.
