Can't connect using mobile (not Wi-Fi) connection: Set APN info

If you're using SlingPlayer Mobile for BlackBerry, and you're having trouble connecting to your Slingbox using a mobile connection (but Wi-Fi works fine), then the necessary access point name (APN) information for your wireless carrier may not be properly set.

What to do?

You can set the APN info manually by going to Settings when you first launch SlingPlayer Mobile for BlackBerry, clicking to select Set APN, and then entering the APN info.

The sites below can help you as general guides. The best thing to do, however, is to contact your mobile service provider to confirm the correct information.
