Network Light is blinking


lightstest.gifIf the Network light on your Slingbox PRO is blinking, that means that the Slingbox is not able to communicate properly with your router. Some quick things to check are:

  • Make sure that the connection from your Slingbox to your router is good. Verify that all Ethernet cables are seated well in your Slingbox and your router.
  • If you are using SlingLinks, make sure that they are working. Steps for troubleshooting them are below.
  • Did you get a new router or change your home network? If so, you might need to reset your Slingbox in order for it to start working again. Details are below.
