• Can I get SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone for my iPhone or iPod touch?
• SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone is available for the iPhone and iPod touch from the US, Canadian and UK iTunes App Store.
• How do I get it?

• The only way to get SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone is to buy it directly from the iTunes Store. It is currently only available in the US, Canada and UK.

  
• When will it be available in other countries?

• We will be rolling out SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone to other select countries soon. Just keep an eye on www.slingmedia.com to stay up to date.

• Will it let me watch TV over the cellular network?

• This version of SlingPlayer Mobile for the iPhone will only work over Wi-Fi. It will not work over the cellular network.

  We hope to continue to work with Apple and its partners to provide a 3G solution. We still believe that SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone running on 3G would be a unique and compelling product for Apple customers.

• What do I need to run SlingPlayer for iPhone?

• You first need to download the application from the iTunes App Store. SlingPlayer for iPhone is supported on all of the current Apple iPhone and iPod touch models. Additionally, you need:

  • SlingPlayer for Windows version 2.0.3 or SlingPlayer for Macintosh 1.0.8 or later
  • Current Slingbox Software ("firmware"). It's bundled with Sling Player.
  • A Slingbox PRO-HD, Slingbox SOLO or Slingbox PRO connected to the Internet with a router

• I have an older Slingbox. Can I use SlingPlayer for iPhone?

• SlingPlayer for iPhone is only supported to work with the Slingbox PRO-HD, the Slingbox SOLO and the Slingbox PRO. If you have an older Slingbox, we strongly encourage you to upgrade to the latest hardware to get the best experience.

  This player may work with the original Slingbox, the Slingbox AV and the Slingbox TUNER, but we cannot guarantee a good experience or that it will continue to work in the future.

• Is there a free trial?

• Because All SlingPlayer for iPhone sales are handled through the iTunes App Store, we cannot provide a free trial for this player.

• Where do I get help with billing or download problems?

• If you have a billing or download problem, please visit the iTunes App Store support site.

• I already own SlingPlayer Mobile for another phone. Can I use that registration key?

• No. Because the iTunes App Store is handling the sale of SlingPlayer Mobile for iPhone, you cannot transfer SlingPlayer Mobile Registration Keys from other versions of SlingPlayer Mobile to SlingPlayer Mobile for the iPhone.
